According to my husband, who grew up in Taiwan, you need to be careful of the geckos. Their pee is highly acidic and can give you an acid burn. The joys of subtropical countries!
Except for the wasps -- yikes -- are the children enjoying the critters?
I'll have to make a lot of noise leaving the front door to scare away the geckos so they don't pee on me!
GJ- The kids do enjoy large bugs. But we wish there were more small mammals and birds around. Guam does not have the biodiversity that some tropical locations have.
