...but not a singer, and I didn't know they had their own song until listening to your audio clip. It wasn't so short that I didn't start to cry.

We just started Advent, too. The penance service on Monday, and the holy day Mass last night helped. And, our anticipation of oldest daughter C coming home from college tomorrow -- for a month!
Any recommendations for Advent reading with the boys? Your suggestion of the Bronze Bow at Lent was perfect. I am back for more wisdom.
Margaret - It sounds so odd to hear C is coming home from college!! Send me an email and fill me in about what she decided. Advent reading, hmmm. We are this close to finishing By the Banks of Plum Creek with the youngers - lots of wintry, Christmasy chapters, but I'll have to put my thinking cap on.
I'm back to apologize for getting my facts wrong about the Seabees - their bday is actually March 5. But it was after Pearl Harbor that Admiral Morell was given the go ahead to form the construction battalions. My husband and son corrected my woeful misinformation.
